Group classes are scheduled every other month and private classes can be scheduled upon request and can be brought to you to the comfort of your own home. Once couples have completed the course, they will have access to discounts for the 10 Week series. You will also leave with the Food & Fitness Workbook to refer back to and use as a resource for the remainder of your pregnancy.
