BIRTH BOOT CAMP BASIC TRAINING This Basic Training class is designed for the busy couple and is a one day, 7 hour class with a lunch break in between. This class was designed for mom AND dad and will cover pregnancy nutrition, the stages of labor, coping techniques and comfort measures, Top Ten Tools for Dad for support during labor, information on epidurals and cesarean section as well as how to make a birth plan!
At Birth Boot Camp we believe that Dad has as important of a role at his child's birth as Mom and will be provided with tools to help be the best support that he can be. Both parents will leave this series feeling fully prepared, informed, confident, and excited about their birth experience and their new baby.
*The cost of the class is $195 per couple with a $50 non-refundable deposit to be paid upon registration.
FOOD AND FITNESS FOR THE CHILDBEARING YEAR WORKSHOP Being healthy and low-risk through nutrition and exercise will not only help you in the delivery room, but you will help you feel better during pregnancy and recover more quickly postpartum. Regardless of where you are at in your nutrition journey, Birth Boot Camp has designed a program especially for you. Build a great physical foundation for your pregnancy, birth, and baby. Can be taken live or online. Read the workbook cover to cover, or use it as a reference. Class time approximately 3 hours. The cost of this class is $95 per couple and includes workbook.
REBOOT REFRESHER The Reboot Refresher childbirth class is designed for couples planning their second (or third or fourth) birth. This class is tailored just for you to address your particular concerns and needs for your subsequent births. Workbook included. Class time approximately 4 hours and the cost of the class is $95 per couple.

SIBLINGS AT BIRTH The tone for the growing family starts with the way we approach birth as a family. When children are included in the preparation for childbirth with their own birth class, they see the coming baby as a celebration. Siblings learn the sights and sounds of labor, how to have an active role during labor and birth, and how to play a helpful role once baby arrives. Workbook included. Ages 3+. Class runs 1.5-2 hours, depending on the ages(s) of the child(ren). Cost of the class, $45 for the first sibling and $15 for each additional child.

HOMECOMING: LIFE WITH A NEW RECRUIT This is your manual to early parenthood! Topics include breastfeeding (3.5 hour online course included), newborn procedures; babywearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby. We know there is lots of information out there about caring for your baby. In fact, it is too much for a new parent to sift through. Beyond that, you need more than a book to learn about caring for your precious new baby. This class arms you with more than skills, it gives you comfort, community, and confidence. Class runs approximately 4 hours and can be taken live or online. Cost of the live class is $95 per couple and includes free access to Birth Boot Camp's online breastfeeding course. (See below)

BREASTFEEDING: THE ULTIMATE MRE This downloadable video, taught by IBCLC Mellanie Sheppard, includes: expert advice, specific instructions on how to breastfeed, tips on how to properly latch and prevent nursing pain, how to know if your baby is getting enough milk, stories from other moms, troubleshooting problems, returning to work and pumping your milk, nursing in public with confidence, and much more! Free access to this course is included within the Birth Boot Camp Comprehensive and Homecoming: Life With a New Recruit or you can purchase here for $50. Running time: Approx. 3.5 hours
BIRTH BOOT CAMP: TRAINING FOR AN AMAZING OUT-OF-HOSPITAL If you are planning to have your baby at home or at a freestanding birth center, this class will give you the nuts and bolts of labor. Learn what happens before, during, and after birth, as well as variations of labor. While comfort measures and relaxation are taught in this class series, the “Comfort Measures: Amazing Coping Strategies for Labor” workshop compliments this childbirth class nicely. Workbook included. Class time 10 hours, typically broken up into four 2.5 hour sessions which can be taken live or online. The cost of the live class is $175 per couple.
BIRTH BOOT CAMP: TRAINING FOR AN AMAZING HOSPITAL BIRTH Our hospital class is designed for the couple who is planning an amazing hospital birth but wants more than your typical hospital class. More education. More fun. More relaxation and labor practice. More information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. Workbook included. This class is 15 hours in total, typically taught over six 2.5 hour sessions. Available live and online. Cost of the live class is $195 per couple.
COMFORT MEASURES: AMAZING COPING STRATEGIES FOR LABOR This workshop is designed to help both partners build confidence for the big day. You’ll take in lots of relaxation, comfort measures, massage, imagery for labor, as well as communication skills for labor. This workshop does not replace a childbirth education course. The beautiful workbook that comes with this workshop is one you’ll want to spend time with for the duration of the pregnancy. It contains artwork and many relaxation and imagery scripts for you to practice. We truly believe that our comfort measure class is valuable far beyond labor. This workshop is about life skills that you will use over and over again. It is also a great add-on to our other classes. Class time is approximately 4 hours. Available live and online. Cost of the live workshop is $95 per couple.
